All of a sudden nudges aren't showing up as free anymore, they each are taking 10 cents out of my account like a text message. Is that supposed to happen?

Using local minutes

I am using EQO to make local calls to land line and mobile phones from my mobile. I have limited voice minutes but unlimited data plan.

Is the connectivity over data plan or am I using my phone minutes to make the call? If I am using my voice minutes, I do not understand why I would use EQO, since most plans in US now include nationwide calling.

Am I missing something?

EQO Credits Discount Code

After using my initial $2.50, I got a text-message with promotional discount code which offered 50% off my next purchase. I use EQO heavily so have to refill every week. Can I use the 50% promotional code again or was that just one time thing?

Thanks

Any idea why I can not sign in any more at EQO site using Internet Explorer 7.0?.
Using the same browser, I can sign in at the forum with the same credentials.
I erased cookies, history, password… but still does not working. If I use wrong credentials the site reject me, if I use right one, nothing happens, all the time the login screen. Using Mozilla and Opera works fine
Probably is not here where I most ask for...
Thanks

Trouble with Account web gui

Have tried to update my Mobile Phone Number, in my EQO Account, have not succeeded —

Cannot get it done using the mobile handset ... tried via both Opera Mini, NetFront browsers
(web locations both m.eqo.com and also just eqo.com). Using OM, the Account page just
goes to Profile update, also shows phone type; nothing more. Using NetFront, it's very difficult
to try to access the Sign In button on the main page. And m.eqo.com doesn't offer account settings.

So, then tried from a full computer. Using either Firefox or Safari 3, or OmniWeb 5.6, can login to my
Account settings (at eqo.com) without a problem ... even was able to update my mobile phone model
(to Sony Ericsson K550i).

On the Account settings page, my mobile phone number is shown, but it's a READ-ONLY text field
and I simply cannot update it there, even if I modify the Carrier picker.

(* The URL here is https://www.eqo.com/subprov/account_settings.php *) . Why?? Larry C.

Connection Charges in India

Hi

I am Natesh from India. I am using EQO for the first time. i have downloaded into my phone and started using EQO. When it is successfully connected, it is showing $2.50 onto the top left corner of the application. Does it mean i was charged with that amount? Do we have any connection charges to EQO?

Please clarify my doubts.

Thanks in Advance
Natesh

too expensive for IM messages or not?

Hello,

I live in Russia and i'm a new EQO member. So far Russia's not a part of EQO system (which i hope will be fixed someday =)) but i thought it was a good idea to contact my ICQ and MSN friends via EQO. I installed the program and everything worked perfectly well except one thing: i only sent a few IMs to a friend when i ran out of money on my account.

1 mgb aprox costs 0.28 euros

After i downloaded EQO and sent a few IMs i checked my account, it was 1 euro less.
Do IMs weigh that much? I doubt that. Then what is the problem? Why is IM so expensive?

Sicerely,
EQO Rates Abroad

Hello, I'm a new user, based in Switzerland. I'm travelling a lot abroad and want to use EQO while abroad. I thought this would be very cheap, but while I was in France last week, it looks like EQO was not placing a local call when I was calling abroad.

My question is : Do I benefit from cheap call rates when i 'm calling from a country which is not the one I'm originally from ?

Hope I'm clear

Very expensive EQO to EQO

Hi,

I live in Denmark and my girlfriend live in Germany.

I have Sonofon as my carrier and she has blau.de (prepaid card)

Yesterday she checked her account, it said €14.xx

I called her with EQO to EQO (free afaik) for about 15 minutes. She then rechecked the account and it had dropped to €2.xx

How is that even possible since I called her? And did it cost me the same amount? (unfortunately I can't check because I do not have a prepaid card)

Sincerely,
Brian
