i had created an account using eqo.now it is restricted because of some unsuccessful calls maybe.but why an account should be blocked because of unsuccessful calls?my id was emon_new

Let me assure you that the only reason that our system will block an account is when dirty, dishonest users are engaged in fraudulent activity.

Again, accounts are never blocked for unsuccessful calls, only for shameful, scumbag cheaters who clearly do not deserve to have EQO accounts.

before i wrote here saying like my me_emon and emon_new this two accounts are closed.when my 1st account me_emon was closed i wrote to support to get a reply.then some one named peter chandler wrote back like this

"It looks like you made quite a few call attempts with EQO that were unsuccessful. What is the deal with that? Why did you try to call so many times unsuccessfully?"

but now u r saynig that no account should be closed for that.i didnt understand can anyone reply me plz.can i get back my accounts plz.thank u.

It is quite clear that I didn't say that your account was closed for that reason. I only asked you why there were so many calls. We DO NOT close accounts for unsuccessful call attempts. As I said before, only dishonest people who violate our terms and services agreement,http://www.eqo.com/subprov/legal_tos.php, can have their accounts closed. I am guessing, and this is just a guess, that you violated this agreement in some way. I told you that I would investigate this matter and I am doing this. I appreciate your cooperation.

i tried to make so many unsuccessful calls is that cheating?i think its because eqo has a big network problem.when u try to give a call to another eqo user most of the time it doesnt connect.what can we do instead of trying again and again.so if it is fraud then i have nothing to say.u can close my account.but if i have not done anything wrong can u give me back my account?can u plz tell me how much time it will take to finish this investigation?thank u

i have sent invitation of eqo to the email address of my friends ,but it's very strange that they did not get any kind of invitation of eqo.why? when they will join in eqo by my invitaion i will get bonus credit. but it's not happening.now what will do?

You need to go to: www.eqo.com and sign in to your account on the top right corner of the page. Then click on invite friends and you can send them invitations either by email or by SMS.

your account shows that you have invited 7 people so far. but none of them have accepted your invitation yet.

Please note that in order to get bonus credits for inviting your friends, they have to sign up and register through the invitation link that you send them. If they sign up on their own, you will not be given any credit.

if that was the case for you, of if they never received your invitation, please email us at: support@eqo.com and let us know the people who you invited.

Please hold off on the invites. We have a small problem that we are fixing. Be patient, this should be fixed in a day or two.

You are correct--please be patient! I have looked into this invite and it looks fine--your credit should arrive shortly. Sometimes it can take us up to 48 hours to credit your account.

i hv been told continuously to b patient.Its the 2nd time i m writin here abt this issue.I successfully invited 2 of my frnds,n they got themselves registered with eqo.The 1st time whn i wrote,i was told to b patient as eqo is facing some technical problem in this field.Bt its goin to b a week aftr tht.So can i knw the reason why i didnt recieved the bonus credit?My frnds ids are-salil_rajput and nirajp.Hope to get a reply soon.Tc

my account has been restricted. I know you will reply that all my friends have sign up with same email id. But problem is that they do not use email id. They have not much knowledge of PC & Internet. That's why they sign up with my email id.

I am sorry, but I have a hard time believing that you have that many friends in Mozambique--or just that many friends in general. Many of the numbers you used to create bogus accounts are not even real numbers. This matter is not open to discussion, your account is never going to be open again.

Hi.. I just tried to sign in with my id but i couldnt open this. Why is it so? Why has it been restricted??!!. I can sign with this id here but cant use this id. Please my restricted id or allow me to use this number to make new id asap. Hope to get reply soon. And yeah why my friends cant get eqo invitation msg when i send them? I could never invite my friends from eqo. Why do you keep invite friend option then? I think yr service is not as good as it was few months back.
