Dear EQO Team,i just wanted to say a Big THANK YOU for your Service to upload Credits to your Software.After using my Start Credits from the Software,you offered me 50% discount for my next purchase.Well to be honest,i didnt thought about that too long and refilled my EQO Credits with 20 € by using Moneybookers.I've only paid 11,75 €. :-) Thats just great and i've really learned to enjoy EQO!Kind Regards from Germany! :-)

Buy credits

Please could you explain why I have to wait until I am almost out of credits before I can buy new ones. I can (sort of) understand why you have a limit, but can't see why it is so low. Why not set it at $5 for example? I sometimes have to make long calls which - even at your low rates - can cost $1-2, so it's annoying to have to worry about my remaining credits.

Hello,

I will have to double check on that, but I am fairly certain that our payment threshold is at $5...I know that it used to be $2.50, but thanks to feedback like yours we changed it.
