Your request has been noted and I can say that support for Nokia Series 40 phones is high priority at EQO. We are working very hard to add more and more phones to our supported list. To be notified when your phone is supported please sign up here: http://www.eqo.com/subprov/futurephonesupport.html Please check back with us over the next few weeks. Chris Nokia 6230 and 8801Submitted by chris on February 10, 2006 - 2:20am.
While testing we have noticed a few bugs that occur when running EQO on Nokia 6230 and 8801 phones. We hope to have these bugs fixed very soon. If you own a Nokia 6230 or 8801 and have or want to download EQO please check back with us in the next few weeks. We will post again when the bugs have been fixed and a new version of EQO is available for download. 1.Are you planning to support any Philips phones? This comment written by luc Romania coming soonSubmitted by chris on February 15, 2006 - 11:12am.
Unfortunately, we do not have plans to support Philips phones in the near future. This is not to say that support for Philips phones isn't coming, just not in the near term. We do plan to support Romania and will do so by the end of the week. Chris Many more countries addedSubmitted by chris on February 22, 2006 - 2:26pm.
I'm not sure what you mean there, but I can say that Romania has been added to our list of supported countries. Many other countries have been added as well, admittedly some I never knew existed:) If we've missed your country or your carrier please let us know. Hi, Please check my post here: I've described there my situation. Any help? Thanks RE: Romania issues or other issuesSubmitted by chris on February 22, 2006 - 3:08pm.
Here is my response: http://community.eqo.com/forum/ Chris New Phones SupportedSubmitted by chris on February 23, 2006 - 10:43am.
We've added support for nine more phones; please follow the link below to see if your phone has been added. http://community.eqo.com/forum/more_phones_supported Chris One of the best Java appzSubmitted by pipi9100 on March 13, 2006 - 7:14pm.
One of the best Java appz untill now! Thank you. Hope you will add the Nokia N90 to the supported mobile phones as quickly as possible. BTW... The application is working on that NOKIA model but it is all small and situated on the top left corner because of the different screen resolution comparing to N91 or N70. Should be no problem for you to adapt the application. THX again N90 and ThanksSubmitted by chris on March 13, 2006 - 7:45pm.
We appreciate your kind words. We are also pleased to hear that EQO works on the N90. Take note N90 users, you can download EQO for the N91 and, although it'll look a bit funny, it will work! We are busy working on new features and support for Motorola, Palm Treo, and Blackberry so a screen size adaptation for the N90 might take some time, but it will come. Thanks again for your words of praise. Chris nokia 3650Submitted by clarity on March 15, 2006 - 12:20am.
Would it be possible to support Nokia 3650? RE: nokia 3650Submitted by chris on March 15, 2006 - 10:24am.
I'm sorry to say that we will not be supporting the Nokia 3650. The Java support on the Nokia 3650 is limited; it supports MIDP (Mobile Information Device Profile) 1.0 whereas EQO requires MIDP 2.0. Chris Support for Sony-Ericsson T610/T630?Submitted by comm_archive on March 15, 2006 - 4:29pm.
Please advise if Eqo supports the Sony-Ericsson T610 and T630 mobile phones in Thailand, Australia and other regions using the GSM system. This comment written by bygauldbyrd Sony-Ericsson T610/T630 not supportedSubmitted by chris on March 16, 2006 - 1:12pm.
EQO Mobile is not able to run on Sony-Ericsson T610 and T630 phones because the Java support on these phones is not up to date. These phones support MIDP 1.0 (Mobile Information Device Profile), which is limited in terms of features, whereas EQO requires MIDP 2.0 support. Chris dragon G1Submitted by clarity on March 18, 2006 - 2:16am.
Hi, another question - i have a Dragon G1 UMTS phone that has MIDP 2.0 support. Would EQU be working on it, and how to install it? RE: dragon G1Submitted by chris on March 20, 2006 - 3:59pm.
We have never tested EQO on a dragon G1, but there is a slim chance that it might work. Please tell me the screen size in pixels (ie 176x208) of the dragon G1. If we have a phone of the same screen size, you can download EQO for that phone and give it a try on your dragon G1. Chris Nokia 6255 support requestedSubmitted by comm_archive on March 21, 2006 - 3:34pm.
We received a comment from someone who asked for some Nokia 6255 support. Is there a chance that he could use Eqo on his mobile phone? This comment written by 21talks Nokia 6255 is CDMASubmitted by chris on March 21, 2006 - 4:08pm.
The Nokia 6255 is a CDMA phone. EQO Currently works with only GSM phones, so no support for now. Thank you for referring your commenter though, much appreciated. Chris Comment forwardedSubmitted by comm_archive on March 23, 2006 - 12:22am.
