This error usually means that you do not have the correct connection settings on your phone. What phone do you have and what carrier are you using? Please let me know so I can help you get connected.

Connection Error 02 means

Connection Error 02 means that EQO cannot find an appropriate connection on your phone. Please use this post to configure your Java connection settings on your Motorola phone: ttings_motorola...

Hi, I'm having problem with

Hi, I'm having problem with connecting to EQO after I installed it. It shows Connection error 2. I'm under Tele2 in Croatia and I would appreciate if you could write me step by step instructions how to solve my problem.

Hello,

You need to enter your internet settings for Tele2 in your phone.

You can set up an access point in your phone from Menu, Settings, Connectivity, Network, Network Profile.

You should just have to enter the APN, username, and password. The problem is that I cannot locate these settings for your carrier...You may need to contact Tele2 for this information or search around on the net.

Also, make sure that in your "Games & Apps" folder you are using the correct internet settings (check the "Settings" folder in "Games & Apps").

Who is your carrier? Also, EQO will not work on your WAP connection. Do you have a better internet connection on your phone or only WAP?
