Can't update phone in account setting

I recently switched from a Nokia N80 to the E61i and can't change my phne in account setting. When I change it and click the "update" button it gives me the following message: "We're sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please contact us by clicking on the Support section of our website."

I was not trying to make a payment, I just want to update my phone so I can use EQO. Any help?

That sounds like a bug to me...I can't replicate that with my account, but I'll try to figure out what is going on behind the scenes with your account.

In the meanwhile, you can go to http://get.eqo.com on your E61i and download a new version of EQO for it from there.

The get.eqo.com from my phone worked for installation but it won't let me sign in. It tells me to go to the EQO site and click on "forgot password'. And when I go to the EQO site to logon it asks me to update my account but it says "*Sorry this phone number has already been registered. Please contact support@eqo.com" Could you guys just erase my account and just let me start all over?

Ok,

I have found the problem. You are trying to use an old EQO for Skype account with our new product. The account that you should be using is ggsm_ceo. Try logging in with that account on your new phone.
