cant install from jad?

SE w810, i tried to install via the jad file which i had on my mem card with the jar, it wouldnt install from the jad file "operation failed" was the error, but it did install from the jar no prob but then when i ran eqo it said no jad file blah blah, so i copied the jad into the FS of my fone tpa/preset/system/ams as thats where installed apps and games get placed, still did not work, deleted it all and put jad and jar on actual phone memory, install from jad worked np.

just thought id post this incase aqnyone else has problem with SE phone as i couldnt find any help on this particular issue anywhere on this site. so maybe this will help a.n other ;)
