Can't download the application

I am signed into my account and everytime I try to download the app I just get a blank page. https://www.eqo.com/subprov/download.html This happens in Firefox and IE 6. Please help!

Try clearing your browser's cache and trying again. Alternatively, you can download the mobile application from http://www.eqo.com/a. Let me know how it goes.

i can't get the application!

i was wait couple of minutes till appear error on my mobile.
if anyone got it please send me by email just to try it.

Hi Miguel,

What error message do you get? You can go to http://www.eqo.com/a on your computer, sign in to your EQO account, and then download the application to your desktop. Then you can transfer the file over to your phone. If you are still having problems send me a e-mail at peter@eqo.com and I'll sort you out.

i did not get the link for moble download

My phone is in Costa Rica I did not get the message with the download link. I tried to get into the website ego.com/a. can not get in website. cell number is 506 827-0269 in costa rica I get error 404 when I try to go to download site

Hi,

If you are getting a 404 error, it means that your phone's browser isn't properly configured to view the download page. To properly configure your internet connection, check out the Connection pages of this forum. You can either set up a new browser connection or you can go to http://www.eqo.com/a on your computer, download the file to your desktop, and then transfer the file over to your phone.
