Can not uninstall EQO from my BBerry 8300

Hello

Last week I installed EQO using my blackberry 8300.
yesterday I was not able to connect since I got a message tellling me that in order to connect a version update was required, so I proceeded with the update. Despite updating I was getting the same message so I decided to uninstall and reinstall...

I accessed the applications list and deleted the EQO software, after that reset my device, however the EQO icon is still at my bberry desktop but it is not listed anymore at my applications list.

What should I do?

Hi Maria,

Try connecting your BlackBerry to your computer and uninstall EQO through the desktop manager. If EQO is not visible, try installing via the desktop manager.

2 Blackberry Browser Icons after EQO uninstall

Tried EQO on my 8707 (firmware 4.1) for awhile and decided to uninstall. After uninstalling EQO, I have two Blackberry Browser Icons in the desktop. Can you please tell me how to remove one so that it is back to normal? Thanks.

I'm quite sure that EQO has nothing to do with this. This is likely a byproduct of some other updates you did with you Blackberry Desktop Manager. In any case, you should be able to configure your desktop via the Advanced Settings.
