Calls from overseas

Does this use my phone minutes or data minutes? I have unlimited data with my BB unlimited plan. I just signed up, but before i go wild i need to make sure or it will kill me.

re: Calls from overseas

EQO uses both data and phone minutes. To open and run the application, you will be using data. To make calls, you will use about 200 bytes of data and local voice minutes for the duration of the call.

Making a EQO Mex to EQO Phil call

* When making a EQO Mexico to EQO Philippines call it is free right? Does the Telco in the Phil will still charge the user 21.5 cents? dollar or peso? Or they will charge the user the normal local mobile rates?
* When making s EQO Mexico to EQO Mexico call is free, but the telmex will still charge us how much?
* If I don't have any EQO Credit can I still call EQO to EQO or EQO to NON EQO since I'm still paying the airtime call charge by the Telco.

Thanks a lot., hope you make all this clear..

re: making a EQO Mex to EQO Phil call

When you call EQO Out from Mexico to the Philippines, you will pay for Telmex for a local call at your agreed rate with Telmex. You will also pay EQO credits (18.5 cents per minute to a landline or 21.5 cents per minute to amobile).

To make an EQO Call (both you and your friend are
online with EQO), you need to call someone in a country
where we support EQO calling. We do not support the
Philippines for calling just yet (perhaps in another month or so).

When we do support the Philippines, your EQO to EQO call
will cost you a local call on Telmex and your friend a local
call with their provider.

Every time you call with EQO, you will be paying your mobile
carrier for a local call to our access number nearest to
you...telmex will charge you what they normally charge you
for a call to that location.
