BB 8120. Can I use wifi to make calls with EQO?

Hello,

I´m from Spain and I have a BB 8120. Next week I will go to USA. I will disable the data on itinerancy (that´s because I will pay about 10$ per day if I use it)

My question is, if I connect my BB 8120 to a wifi connection, Can I use EQO just using wifi and I only have to pay for EQO rates? I don´t want to be charged as a data connection...

BB8120 support while traveling

Yes, of course. Just connect to EQO via WiFi and you will be able to connect to the same service. However, since you are a Spain EQO user, you should change setting to "Travel Mode". Instead of a call-through service, you will change to a call-back service which will save you more money while roaming.
