addressbook synchronization problem

Hi all,

it appears that there is a limit of 500 contacts that can be imported in EQO, but whatever reason I can only import like 50 out of my 200 contacts. Since I already synchronize my contacts with Outlook, I import all their details on my mobile (mobile, landline, Email, Address...). I wonder if EQO doesn't consider each details as a contact entry. WOuld anybody have any idea how I could solve this?

My mobile is a Nokia XpressMusic 5310, and I have downloaded the lastest version of EQO for my mobile just yesterday.

Hi Aulin,

I am not sure why this is happening. It could be because your address book is full of details that the client is not expecting--or that the application times out while trying to import your contacts and, thus, only gets a small portion of them.

What happens when you try to re-import?

Incomplete addressbook import... :/

Greetings, all! :]

I have only just registered, and yet, I already have a problem... :[ As I wrote in the subject of this post my contacts list is extremely short - listed contacts are about 15% of the original list... It shows both of the contacts I have on my SIM card, and some from the phone, but "some" just isn't good enough, you'll agree... :/

If you have any idea or can provide help - please do so! :[

The same. I cannot load my contacts, only some 15 first ones (the message of 500 contacts limit appears...). Maybe, it can be enough for me, but I`d like to choose 15 of the whole address book, not the first ones... And I can`t do this - when I select "Update phone book", whether I delete all those 15 contacns or keep them, EQO loads the same first 15 names. Is it possible to do something? My phone is Nokia 6300 with latest firmware - 06.60.

How many contacts do you have on your phone? Is it close to 500?

I have just only 326 contacts. EQO downloads first 17 ones - even if I count the numbers included in every contact, in will be 32 numbers, some 10 emails and maybe some 5 notes. Very far from 500...

Can you manually add contacts after you receive this message? Please try to add one contact and see. This will let us know if you are really at the memory limit or not.

If I choose "add", I have to enter my contacts manually,I cannot do that, I don`t remember my friend`s numbers, and I can`t add my contacts from my phonebook, in "options" I just see "OK" only, nothing close to "take from your phonebook" or something else... I tried to reinstall EQO 1.1.6, nothing has been changed...
