100 minute free

Dear sir,
I got mail from eqo few days ago. In that mail it was written that u do not have use ur 100 free minute. So i sign in my account & try to make a call. I got reply about insufficiant balance. So i want to know how to use my free 100 minute. My id is 'jainulabedin' & my email id is abedin@mailmate.co.za

I think you figured this out on your own...but just in case. You received that email because you have two EQO accounts with the same email address. While one of the accounts had used up the credit, your other one hadn't.

Will u explain in detail pls. Bcoz i have only used 2.5 USD with one id. In other id i used only credit wich i got by inviting friends. I have never used 100 minute.

The 100 minutes is a marketing phrase that refers to the $2.50 that you got for free when you signed up. The best rate we offer will last for 100 minutes--the highest rate will not last this long.

i used eqo's $2.50, and invited one of my friend to use eqo, my friend started using eqo but still i didnt got any 100 minutes free in my account.please help me bout it. my id is kkimi12345 and my friends id is kimi12345.

You did indeed get the credit. you just have to be patient and wait. Sometimes the credit takes a few days to arrive in your EQO account.

cyrillic alphabet

i use eqo for icq but there is problem with cyrillic. when i send message in russian receivers see only hieroglyphs.
can you help me?
