EQO Supports New Phones, Chocolate, Telus/Bell!
Submitted by chris on December 6, 2007 - 4:36pm.
We've also upgraded our sign up/download system to allow Canadian users on Bell and Telus to use EQO Mobile. In the past we'd had problems with these carriers not allowing EQO Mobile to be installed because we were not certified. Now we've devised a workaround that will get EQO onto phones from these carriers, but you still might not get the SMS download message. You may need to visit get.eqo.com on your mobile browser to download EQO Mobile. If you still can't get EQO, check out this post for another potential solution. EQO to EQOSubmitted by robertj on December 16, 2007 - 11:08am.
Both users have EQOs connected to AIM and still not working but AIM to EQO and vice versa works. RE: Not connecting to EQOSubmitted by chris on December 17, 2007 - 2:06pm.
Hello there, This error means that your phone could not reach the EQO servers. The problem was likely that you did not have very good wireless coverage or that your carrier is blocking EQO. I would recommend checking your connection settings and trying again when you have high signal strength. If you continue to have problems, please post in the Connection troubleshooting section of our Forum. Chris RE: EQO to EQOSubmitted by chris on December 17, 2007 - 2:07pm.
Hello sir, I'm not sure what to tell you because that scenario works for us here. Can you please write a detailed account of what actually happened and post it in our support forum? We'd love to help you solve this problem. Cheers, Chris |
